Stoke and Staffordshire Business Helpline
The business support environment has changed significantly in recent times. Whilst generic, national information is available through the gov.uk (http://www.gov.uk/) website, the Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) believes that there should be a local solution. As such they will be operating 0300 111 8002 as the single point of contact for buisness support. The helpline will offer exisiting local business or prospective business a brokerage service linking them to the publicily funded organisation best placed to help them.
The aim of this service is to refer support to appropriate local providers and the Stoke and Staffordshire LEP hope that by establishing a single contract point they will be able to provide businesses with the help they need.
The service is operating with a complementary email address for enquiries: email@example.com. The phone line (0300 111 8002) will be available Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (except bank holidays).
The helpline has been extended to incorporate a dedicated service for local employers and businesses who are interested in taking on an apprentice. For further information please call the dedicated helpline 0300 111 8002.
