The latest edition of Cannock Chase Council’s resident magazine ‘Chase Matters’ will be coming through your letterbox.
The winter edition has lots of information and advice including a reminder on taxi safety, useful information on Christmas recycling and an update on the Mill Green Designer Outlet Village, plus much more.
The magazine will be distributed to every single household in the Cannock Chase District by Friday 1 December.
The magazine in previous years was printed as a wraparound twice a year around the Chronicle, however research showed that only 80% of residents in Cannock, Hednesford and Rugeley were receiving it.
The printed version was trialed in 2016 and contained a range of news and information and was delivered directly to over 40,000 households in the District, which received positive feedback.
As well as improving the magazine and increasing the content, it is also more cost effective than in previous years as the advertising revenue income covers the printing costs.
Councillor John Kraujalis, Portfolio Leader for Corporate Improvement said “In these challenging economic times it is important that residents are kept informed, this magazine is a great way to let residents know what is happening in the District as well as helping to support local businesses with advertising.”
