Council Receptions are closed
While it has been necessary to close our Receptions at the Civic Offices in Cannock and the Rugeley Area Office in the Market Hall, the Council is continuing to provide essential services to support our residents and businesses.

The Out of Hours service operates during evenings, weekends and Bank holiday periods.
Emergency calls are divered to our Out of Hours service provider. This service will only handle emergency calls eg emergency repairs for Council tenants, dangerous structures, etc.
